When using an electric bicycle intensively, various malfunctions may occur, such as worn brakes, worn sprockets, worn chain, burst tire, broken rim, etc. These faults are generally easily rectified, e.g. in the services of our partners. If you take care of troubleshooting yourself, your payment plan will not change, i.e. you pay a lower rental price every week until the fourth week’s rental price (70 e).
However, if it happens that you don’t want to take care of the repair yourself, you can return the electric bike to us, we will replace it with another one, or we will provide you with an electric scooter for the time of repair, and you will start paying the rental price from the first week’s rental price (95 e).
After returning the electric bike and not continuing the rental, we inspect the returned bike and if it is not damaged (normal wear and tear is not counted), the rental contract is considered completed. If the damage is detected, we ask that it be compensated immediately.
That is, for example if you decided to rent a bike for two weeks, the rental will cost you 95 + 85 euros.
If for two months, then 95 + 85 + 75 + 70 + 70 + 70 + 70+ 70 = average weekly price ~ 75 euros.
However, if for any reason you decide to return the bike to us (e.g. flat tire), the rental price from the moment of return starts to be calculated as from the first week, i.e. i.e. from 95 euros per week, but you don’t have to worry about repairs.
